This role involves generating conversion of Bitdefender trial software. The ideal candidate will be target oriented, self-motivated and driven to meet business goals and objects. The role will involve driving the strategy and implementation of the strategy. In addition the candidate will be in continuous liaison with the product development managers to provide feedback based on the market trends and feedback.

Develop a trial-to-paid conversion strategy utilizing upgrade techniques, and manage the implementation of this strategy across multiple internal teams;

Directly responsible for the revenue generation from trial-to-paid conversion;

Designs and manages the whole conversion funnel for Bitdefender trial software;

Drive all trial software in-product messaging and offer testing for upgrade campaigns;

Develop all email offer campaigns for upgrade opportunities to trial users and implement with the relevant teams;

In cooperation with the Online Team, specify the backend systems, landing pages, and tracking requirements to appropriately measure conversions within a product line;

In cooperation with the Product Delivery Team, specify features and technical product requirements (touch points, links, pop-ups, etc) to convert users;

3+ years of online marketing experience, with a focus on conversion optimisation

Track record driving trial (or free) product conversion and monetization (consumer preferred);

Strategic and tactical email marketing campaign experience is desirable

Ideally, a bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience in Cybernetics or Computer

Science Bachelor's degree or equivalent;

Good communication skills, able to share information and clarify business specifications into technical terminology

Flexible and open to new, constant positive attitude

Excellent planning and organizing skills, able to correctly evaluate tasks and observe deadlines

Pro-active and with initiative spirit

Good written English language skills are a requirement;
