- Edit the recruitments adds; analyze the best media channels for advertising the company openings
- Organize the applications data base
- Select the best applications by jobs request and call for interview
- Conducting the interview for entry level and middle management roles
- Apply personality technical test
- Manage applications and responses, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews
Requirements:
- University degree in Psychology or Sociology
- Good understanding of software terms
- Very good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Planning and organizing skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
